Nicole Menconi started in the mortgage industry in 2004 while finishing her bachelor’s degree with California State University, Fullerton. Nicole has literally “grown up” in the industry and this has fueled her passion for working with people to find the perfect loan for them.
Nicole’s father runs a successful mortgage company, Menconi & Associates, and she has worked alongside and trained with some of the best in the business. Working alongside brokers, large banks, and individuals to help obtain real estate financing needs, has helped her achieve an expansive clientele, which covers all of California. Nicole is also the direct Operations Manager to Menconi & Associates and oversees the entire day to day operations of the company.
Her time and dedication to the industry and her work ethic has helped her make a name for herself among other broker professionals and clients. She looks forward to continuing her education in this industry and staying up to date in this ever-changing market.
