How did the company start?

Co founders Jeff Lee and Mark Menconi have been working as professionals in the real estate industry business since the mid-80's. Havin worked together over the past 23 years, they made the decision in 2000 to combine their efforts, and created California Mortgage Group and Menconi & Associates.

What would you say is your company Motto?
